Katharina Hohmann Author
Katharina Hohmann combines her expertise as a psychologist with an M.Sc. and a lecturer in emergency psychology with her deep commitment to crisis intervention and grief counseling. As the author of the children’s book Milly the Owl and a Suitcase Full of Questions, she also provides a gentle introduction to highly sensitive topics such as grief following suicide in families, thereby bridging the gap between clinical practice and empathetic prevention.
Carolin Gallacher Illustrator, Designer
Carolin Gallacher is a designer, artist and author who lives in Bremen. Through her poetic, wild visual style, she creates stories that inspire happiness and courage. Milly the Owl and a Suitcase Full of Questions is her only collaboration with another author, as this story simply had to be told and illustrated.

“There existed no story like this for children. It’s a relief to know that each book about Owl Milly helps a child somewhere.”
Carolin Gallacher and Katharina Hohmann
