I finished this drawing while listening to the album “Nightbird” by Eva Cassidy. She has an incredible voice and died being one year younger than I am now.
When I finish a drawing I directly add it to the bookdesign-file. Then I start playing with it and this led to the change of composition. Now, Malino and Emil are no longer small, I maximized them again to make them more visible but kept the sketchy style because…well they’re flying aren’t they?
