About Picture Books
Here’s why: I studied Landscape Architecture in Berlin and I felt trapped in it’s borders. Picture books allow me to create out of the borders of reality-design.
Here’s how: My stories have a soundtrack. I had this moment; I was listening to a record, while reading the text on the record sleeve. I had it opened like a book. “That’s it!” I thought. That’s my format. The music enhances the experience of the story by providing accompanying melodies.
