Welcome to 2026. I recently had a new profile image taken. Originally I wanted to post it here now and tell a bit more about myself. But instead, I’d like to tell it through the latest illustration I’m currently working on. The page will be quite blue because that’s the story there. I see numbers as colours. “2” is blue for me. My old art teacher used to say that an artist always puts something of him/herself into the art they produce. I don’t look like that ballerina. But I like the beauty of the dance a ballerina is able to. This led me to painting them sometimes, in my non digital times. And also here on this page, which I drew years ago while I was still at uni. The dancer is dream-like and elegant but strong, too. And of course, the ballerina represents music. That is a quite beautiful combination I also strive for in my stories.
